The Amite Oyster Festival begins today, March 17th, 2023. At 4pm there will be judging of the Chili Cook-off followed by 3 musical acts. The festival has been an annual event since 1976.
On the South Stage, Trey Morgan will be performing from 6-9 pm. The main stage will host Austin Stafford Band from 6-8 pm followed by Parish County Line from 9pm-midnight.
Saturday morning a parade kicks off the day at 10 am and the musical acts are as follows.
